5 Months!
Joaquin is now 5 months ( I do believe he was already a month old when he was born:)
He is now officially crawling eating sweet peas, and sweet potatoes and loves them. He is even pulling himself up at times on the toy box so he sits on his knees. I remember Isabella crawling early around the age of 5 1/2 months but Joaquin beat her at exactly 5 months. He is so sweet, he just fills my heart with warmth. Amazing how your heart never runs out of room to love another.

I'm still here

I haven't been in the blogging mode for awhile but once again I am going to try and get back into it.
What have we been up to lately you ask? Joaquin is such a happy easy going baby, he adores his brother and sisters. Right now he's pretty close to crawling, he up on all fours and rocks back and forth and has figured out how to lift up one hand. It's pretty exciting to watch, never seems to get old watching babies "firsts." He's only 4 months too!
Maddie is FINALLY potty trained. I didn't know potty training could be so stressful. But thanks to Grandma, and determination she is officially potty trained! Yeah no more diapers!
Isabella is growing up to fast, she is so tall and I feel like before I know it 4 more years will have passed and she will be eight. Sometimes I wish I could stop them from growing and just have them be little for awhile. She will be starting school next year and part of me at times is scared to death. Maybe because I have to face it that I have to let go a little bit.
And then there is Parker at the other end of the spectrum. Middles school......I think that is enough said. Bobby and I try guide him in the right paths, keep lines of communication open. He's almost as tall as me and I wonder when this happened? He's a good and happy kid.
And as for Bobby and I, we have our ups and downs but still at the heart of it, there are days where I think I am the luckiest girl in the world to have found a guy like him.

Cute little stories
The girls came walking out of the hallway asking me if I liked their new glitter lip gloss. I said yes, and asked where they got glitter lip gloss. Isabella showed me some glittery nail polish she had found!
Maddie hugs me around the waist and says, "Mama, you're squishy!"
"Mama, I have a great idea on how we can reach Heaven, we will jump on a big trampoline and then jump on a star and then jump to Heaven." -Isabella
"Mama I make oatmeal," Maddie says. I look down at her bowl and she has mixed chicken feed and water! "You don't eat that Maddie" I say. "Yes I do, it's good" I take the bowl away. Latter that day she had diarrhea. Now she really doesn't eat,"oatmeal." Chicken food is also moved up to higher shelf. Amazing what kids choose to eat.
