I have just put the girls to bed. You would have thought abuse was happening, if you had heard the screams. Normally, I lay with them in our bed, and read stories and cuddle and sing until they fall asleep then move them. It's nice but I'm afraid a new routine is in order, with the new baby I don't think it will be possible to do it all since it takes almost and hour and half. After hearing the screams for "mama!" I'm torn. I question my self, "Am I doing the right thing? Is this natural? Will I scar them? They are only little once." But then I don't want to be any more stressed when the new baby comes. I do plan on reading to them and saying prayers and few songs, but I think what is important right now is getting them to feel safe in their own beds.
I need some input here, what do you do?
